University Shop Leiden uses the following PostNL rates for shipping:
- € 6.50 within the Netherlands
- € 9.80 within the EU
- € 18.20 outside the EU
Your package will be sent within a few days after placing the order. From Monday to Friday within the opening hours of the store, this will in most cases be on the same day. Orders placed in the weekend are shipped on Monday.
You can also opt for the free option to pick up your order at the shop in Student Center Plexus at Kaiserstraat 25 in Leiden or at the Service desk of Wijnhaven at Turfmarkt 99 in The Hague. However, pick up in The Hague can only take place after 2 working days (not including Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays), because the order is first shipped from Leiden to The Hague. Note: this option is only offered in step 3 ('shipping method') of the checkout process.
